Spring rolls at Jasmine Rice, Henderson NV. Profoundly ok, but not worth driving out from the Strip (just go to Lotus of Siam or Weera Thai if you’re near the Strip and hankering for Thai food).

Lotus of Siam: Chicken Rama
Arguably the best high end Thai food in Vegas, although there’s many awesome places to get somewhat less pricey versions. For those of you who remember the old location off Sahara, please be aware that they’ve moved to the old Roy’s location on Flamingo at Paradise. Reservations are still strongly recommended.
